Core Values
We are cognizant that the culture created from values driven from the Holy Quraan and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم influence everything and everyone. In support of our institutional mission and vision, which articulate our commitment to serving the public good through our core values, we pledge ourselves to demonstrate the following core values as we work with our cadets:
- Integrity: Integrity challenges us to look at our work and ourselves holistically. We adopt the values of honesty, fairness and social justice. Our scrupulous professional integrity will remain persistently appreciable.
- Respect: We support a climate of respect and thoughtfulness among cadets, faculty, staff and the people of our community, nation and the world. We respect and honor the dignity of each member of the college family and choose to treat one another as we want to be treated.
- Excellence: Excellence commits us to challenge ourselves to utilize our God-given gifts, talent, intellect, physical, social and ethical strengths.
- Focused Training: All our endeavors and activities are focused on the professional and personal growth of our cadets by promoting lifelong learning and leadership development. These interests are the primary focus of college policies and activities.
- Value Added and Outcome Based Education: We value student-centered and technology-driven teaching-learning process, focused on the outcomes while following discipline, punctuality, sincerity and commitment in the institution. We pledge to follow the Single National Curriculum, compulsory teaching of Quraan and Pakistaniat. Students Learning Outcomes (SLOs) of each lesson will be measured by mapping them with Bloom’s Taxonomy.
